Regarding the academic support system of SMA NEGERI 1 LIWA has a chancellor as principal under them consisting of administrative staff and derictors who support to run of the school operation. Muhammad Suharyadi as the Head Master of

TEACHING SYSTEM
SMAN I LIWA had applied K-12 Curriculum. The k-12 program covered Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (6 years of Primary Education, 3 years of Junior High School and 3 years of Senior High School to provide mastery concepts and skills, develop life long learners, and prepare graduate for tertiary education middle level skills development, employment and entrepreneurship

In addition, the school also has several teacher material/media like white board, projector, laptop, and eraser. With this materials, the learner can fell comfortable and easier for them to understand.

CURRICULUM
As stipulated in Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 jo PP 32 concerning National Education Standards, every school/madrasah is required to develop a curriculum The level of the Education Unit is based on the specific needs of the educational unit meet the learning needs of students. KTSP was prepared based on the 2013 Curriculum implementation guide with implementation with a special condition curriculum that is adjusted to regulations curriculum implementation, the relevant Minister of Education and Culture Regulations was updated in 2016 and other regulations are developing at the regional and regional levels at the education unit level, especially during a pandemic like today. In addition to paying attention to the character of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum with a special condition curriculum during a pandemic, schools take everything into account the resources that schools have to realize pivotal school excellence in realizing the vision and mission. The main axis of consideration is how formulate the quality of graduates that the school expects to develop in the form indicators of graduate quality as a basis for the development of other standards. The Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) was compiled thanks to the collaboration of various parties. The principal of the school thanked all parties involved either directly or indirectly in the preparation of this KTSP, and specifically We convey our appreciation and gratitude to the level curriculum development team educational units that have struggled so that they can complete the document right on time required.
PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT
TEACHING METHOD
Based on my observations in the first week, I observed my Cooperating Teacher Ma’am Merylyn teach Bahasa Ingris.
Before starting the class, the teacher leads to pray, then the teacher always checks the student’s presence. After that the teacher usually starts the lesson by asking questions and conducting discussions. After that, the teacher gives an evaluation or assignment. And besides that the teacher also gives homework. Because using the K-12 Curriculum the teaching method is student-centered.

LEARNING MATERIALS
AND INNOVATION
In this school teacher always use materials that have an connection with their topic some of them using projector to show video clips and some of them using an innovative material like whiteboard to increase student’s spirit and activity.
AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT
For assesment, the teacher has many authentic assessments, such as the teacher always giving questions in the middle of the material to see the concentration of students, besides the teacher also gives assignments after the delivery of the material and even the teacher also gives homework to the students
SOURCES OF LEARNING AND TECHNOLOGY
Students get their own textbooks from school, and the teacher uses the book as a source, but in addition to the textbook, teachers also usually use concrete examples and discuss topics that will be discussed that day. So students are easy to understand and there is more interaction.

CURRICULUM
The SMA NEGERI 1 LIWA (High School) of the uses K to 12. This Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, three years of Junior High School, and three years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.
TEACHING PLAN
I teach grade X Science 2 and grade XI Science 1 and 6 in the subject English I have to teach 2 sections every day except Friday for (60 minutes / day and 30 minutes / session). Before I started teaching, I was given a schedule for the topic I would teach. My Cooperating Teacher guides me how to make their Learning Plans and I have to make lesson plans every day.
And every morning before I start to deliver my lesson or discussed, I always show my lesson plans to my Cooperating Teacher.

I teach class X and XI Senior high school. To start the class I asked who would lead the prayer, after that I checked attendance by calling out the names of the students one by one. Then before entering into the topic of the lesson I give motivation first like playing the video clips. After that I gave a few questions to students, such as what the title of the video clip, what they have observed and about what the value of life was from the video. I use video or pictures that are relevant to the topic that I will discuss.
After that I started to discuss the topic. And explain the material in accordance with the leson plan. Then I give another question as a repetition of the topic I discussed. And after that in the last 15 minutes I gave an assignment for evaluation.
For time management and organizing activities I can handle them according to the lesson plan. But sometimes it is more than the scheduled class time because students have not finished in doing the assignment or the evaluation. And to overcome that, I always remind students of the remaining class time and encourage students to make it fast.
When i teach English subject there are some problems that I get during practice. One of them is a number of students who are less enthusiastic about the lesson and besides that some students also afraid to speak English. And to overcome this problem, I try to attract more attention of students and come to students who lack concentration. And for the second problem I usually ask for help from other students who are fluent in English to translate the intentions of their classmate in Bahasa in order for the students to better understand. In addition, I also learned a little Bahasa language from my students and my Cooperating Teacher.

For class management, I always pay attention to students who have difficulty doing their assignments or shy to speak and participate in class and monitor students during class and I always go around to check their assignments.
